Welcome to the December edition of Zoo NewsIs it just me or does it feel like the older we get the faster the years seem to go!! As 2024 draws to a close, firstly I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our wonderful customers for your ongoing support and of course our wonderful staff for their tireless efforts throughout the year.
As we strive to stay ahead of the curve and continue to improve the services that we provide, 2025 will see vast improvements to many areas of the business which include service and manufacturing scheduling optimisation, remote AV training capacity for both staff and customers, product refinements reducing downtime just to name a few. We also eagerly anticipate some new product and services releases throughout the new year so be on the lookout for these.
From me to you, I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Hopefully you can enjoy some time off to spend with friends and family as we look forward to working with you all again in 2025.

Jon Walton is retiring after contributing 10 years of dedicated service to Atherton in Tasmania.
It’s clear that Jon has been a valuable member of the team, fostering growth and building strong relationships with customers throughout his time with the company. We’re sure he will be greatly missed, but we hope he enjoys a well-deserved rest and many exciting adventures ahead.
Congratulations to Craig Chad on taking over as the Service Manager in Tasmania. We wish him all the best in his new role, and we are confident that he will continue to uphold the high standards set by Jon and contribute positively to the team.
