Atherton are an essential service provider and following the Australian Government guidelines, we will continue to supply 24/7 service to the health and associated research industries. Atherton are monitoring and following the COVID-19 directives as stipulated by the Government and we will continue to do so daily.
As we are responsible for the servicing of your critical medical devices, we strongly encourage continuation of all planned and unplanned maintenance activities. In these crucial times, and with infection control everyone’s priority, Atherton continue to operative at full capacity to fulfil our service obligations.
Atherton are committed to ensuring safety protocols are being observed for all customers and will be offering a signed statement of physical capacity if required, before site access is granted. Atherton’s statement will include the following:
• returned from international travel within the past 14 days, OR
• been in contact with a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 case, OR
• are experiencing fever (37.5 degrees or above), OR
• acute respiratory infection (e.g. shortness of breath, cough, sore throat), with or without fever.
We are committed to doing all we can to help you continue your operations, and should circumstances change, we will provide you with updates as they become available.
